20 states down...30 states to go!!

Greetings from Mr. Smith! The students in Room 31 have learnt 5 more states! How exciting! They are: KANSAS, KENTUCKY, LOUISIANA, MAINE, and MARYLAND! We also listened to the "50 States that Rhyme" song, because when the students learn all of the states, they will put their knowledge to the test in a musical piece! Only 30 more to go!

    I love learning about new states in America with Mr. Smith. Mr. Smith has given names to each pod group in our class. They stand for state symbols. My pod group's name is the Cherokee Roses.
