It is an excellent model for self-development. Learning needs to be fun but to reach the desired goal, it also requires self-discipline and a structured process. I am happy to note that the students in Room 31 are spending time to identify their developmental needs under the able guidance of their teacher and mentor, Mr. Barrett. Finally, we better remember that all stake holders i.e. teachers, students and their families must play an active role in this process.
